Personne n'avait compté avec une si grande mobilisation : environ 70 jeunes forains de toutes les régions d'Allemagne avaient répondu favorablement à l'invitation de la fédération allemande des forains (association déclarée) (DSB) pour la première rencontre du groupe de travail « avenir » à Berlin.
